    I believe blocking an IP that isn't solely used by 1 person, takes out a wide array of users. I haven't checked to see if this is the case, but I know if he had one and it could be blocked, it would have been. Perhaps he is spoofing his IP as well, etc., there are ways around everything.

    Best power is the power of all the mods and that of the members, in knowing that this cockjockey is like a bad pop up that keeps appearing even though you keep closing the screen.
