how does one loose 8lbs overnite?
so, i'm going to bed last night and the last thing i do before i lay down is weigh myself. i have a digital scale and weigh myself three times everytime to avoid any errors. the scale read 208lbs everytime. i go to sleep and wake up seven hours later. take a piss and weigh myself again on the same scale. remarkably it now reads 200, 200, and 201lbs. can anyone explain how one could do that in their sleep. oh, and i refuse to believe that i pissed out 8lbs upon waking!

Your always the lighest in the morning, thats why you feel flat when you wake up. Tonight you'll be up at 208 again dont worry

. Every time you exhale you're getting rid of mositure.
Not to mention your body does burn calories while you sleep

When you burn it off, it leaves as vapor through your skin and breathing. If you lived on the equator near the beach, you'd be coverd in sweat all the time. Trust us, it's just leaving your body over night.

probably a scale issue

yeah i'd say a scale issue.....losing 8 pounds in a night seems a little far fetched to me......unless someone came and cut something out of you......maybe you should undergo hypnosis and see if you have any lost memories
