    Yea I have the Ronnie Coleman on the road to redemption. It shows him lifting some heavy a** weight but overall it's boring it shows the same thing over and over.(We should buy stock in Black Eye Pea) If you have seen one Ronnie Coleman training video you have seen them all in my book. Havn't seen the Jay video yet

    same here i prefer new improved and beyond over ripped to shreds...little more comical and "big rick" is funny as shit. have not seen the new coleman vid.

    IMO Arnolds old movies are the most intesting of them all. Seems like current bb's lack personality.

    I agree. Cutlers video is all precontest training and cardio. He's got a hell of alot of discipline. Markus Ruhl's video is pretty good but some of it is in german. Markus is always joking around.

    cost of redemption shows 840 squat and 495 press for reps.

    unbelievable shows heavy deads... cant remember how much... in the mid 800's.

    lack personality? ok obviously you haven't watched any of these videos then.......i might conced cutler on that point but ronnie and markus are great in that respect

    I also have Cutler's New Improved and Beyond its ok shows his routine working out ,dieting ,chiroprac ,his crib .Havn't seen big Coleman yet heard its good lifts crazy weights "it aint nothin "

    I have Ronnie Coleman on the Road and it is boring as hell. I also have Ronnie Coleman and the Cost of Redemption (The one everyone in this thread talks about) and that one is awesome. You just got to FFWD through the constant eating the same thing at the same place without saying anything

    anyone have a site to get cutlers cheap since thats the one most of u seem to like maybe ill check it out?? ive never seen any of these movies at best buy or anything. also would love to get some of arnolds old movies, a buddy of mine brought pumping iron over and i loved it!
