    Work, Eat, Gym and Sleep!

It seems that when I have down time, all I want to do is sleep. My body continues to grow, but my energy levels seem to be declining. Maybe my age is beginning to catch up with me (47).
Nahhh, won't except that! Maybe need to bump my diet. I'm on at the moment @ 700mg Test E and 600mg deca . Just finished 4 weeks of d-bol @ 40mg ed.
Someone tell me that they get this way sometimes and they are 20 years younger.

I'm 20 and jsut finished a similar cycle but lower doses. I would find my self taking naps if i had an hour to kill before work or something. I'd say it's normal for people who train like us.

    Me too and I'm 33!

My energy levels are all over the place although my work-life ranges from sitting at a desk to framing houses. Yesterday, I framed all day (mostly on a ladder), did a chest workout for lunch and then went back for legs in the evening and was struggling under 250 in the squat rack. Today, I can't stop yawning.

I wish I could train, eat, and sleep.....not work. Maybe in a couple years.

Well that could be a reason why your tired, chest framing and then legs on the same day, give your body rest man

I'm thinking this is a diet issue. Need to bump my carbs so that they are closer to 40/40/20 split. Been a little lax with the carbs.

I am cutting right now and depleting my carbs at around 150g carbs per day or less on non training days. I find myself feeling very sluggish, and my workouts take more out of me. I sometimes sleep a full 8 hours, get up go to class then come home and pass out again. I just cant control it I feel tired quite often. Im 22 btw. So dont worry you old fart, we are all in the same boat. LOL.

I think diet might be part of it, however, theoretically you may not be achieving your deep sleep cycle as much as you should, since you are on AAS. Your body may be experiencing some mild insomnia, not enough to keep you wide awake, but enough to keep you from reaching that deep sleep you need.

    Just some thoughts.

It happens to me every once in a while. I take off from gym for few days and rest as much as I can.

I'm going to give the B12 a try. Actually have a vial of the injectable from ARR. Will start today and let you know if it has helped me.
