If u mean why are people injecting synthol into their muscles, it's because when done properly by someone who knows how to inject it into the right areas of the muscles it works wonders.... but when abused by people like GV it makes u look like a stupid cartoon bodybuilder.....

Of course, I was disgusted by it, but my girlfriend was in the room and watched it too.
