YAY! i got a HERNIA!
i hate my life
now i gotta go get surgereory and figure out some excercises that are easy on the lower abdominal region
this blows so much nut

well picking up a 150lb db for my buddy to do overhead tri Ext. ><
ok heres the set up.
he sits down on a seated bench w/ back.. i move a flat bench behind him.. and put my leg on it so my knee is right behind his head.. then i hoist da 150 up on my leg so all he has to do is reach behind him to get it. works great just this time i felt SNAP burn in my lower abs right above my dong and to the left

that sucks though man, what exactly is a hernia? i know WHAT it is, but what is pulled, etc that causes it?

Damn I hardly ever stretch anymore..barely ever stretch my groin when I do. Hopefully your recovery is fast

there was a guy at work who left his go so long it looked like he had a olled up tube sock in his pants. it was nasty hed be like oh no it doesnt hurt. he would push his guts back in to sit down at his desk. it was nasty. then when he would stand up it would just fall out.

sorry to hear tai, i've got a nickel-sized one right above my navel, i can push the intestine in and out and it feels absolutely disgusting. i also don't have insurance so it'll have to stick out for a year or so till i decide to get some.

That sucks bro.. I have had two of them.. One was an inguinal (in the groin area) and one was a ventricle right below my sternum.. both took 2 months minimum to heal from but once fixed and healed you don't have to worry to much in that same place.. They should use some mess type material that your tissue will grow into and make it 10X stronger.
