Donating Blood Plasma

I was thinking about donating blood plasma. Is this unhealthy if I do it every week? Will it hinder gains?

and how much food or gear u can get for that money.

Its quite an interesting feeling when they pump the cold blood back into your body. You can feel it all the way to your heart.

If you use AAS, they wont allow you (in canada at least).. The first time you use a needle recreationally(sp?), your banned by redcross from giving blood. And its better you be honest with them.

I did it b4, always felt weak afterwards. I don't think it will hinder your gains too much as long as you eat right after

just as a sidenote

their is such a thing as synthetic blood (they can create blood in labs), When you donate blood, they sell it to hospitals and make money off you. So dont donate because of those guilt-trip ads.

Though still, in the end you are helping someone
