pause reppin
How much can you big mothaf*ckers pause rep on the bench? For those who do not know what pause repping is, it is controlling the weight on the way down, letting it sit on your chest, then pushing with no bounce. I got 350 the other day, surprized my damn self.

haha, i hear ya, I usually dont either, I wasnt bragging or anything. I was just wondering who all has tried to lift like that, its much harder than bouncing it

so you can explode off the chest... jsut like a pause squat, so you can practice exploding out of the bottom

There is no point in it. But I can lower 325 slowly and push it 6 times.
Just lift the damn weight and grow. Who gives a shit how you lift it?

Pause Rep = Fat bloated MoFos that think they look hot because they are strong. I leave all that crap to the power lifters...I'm there to look pretty not get slapped by my buddy while a snort some smelling salts before a lift.
