Worried I might've witnessed an abduction

So I was driving home today about 4:30 PM and I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Saw this young kid, prolly 12 years old walking down this one lane road that is pretty busy, especially around rush hour. Anyway, this car has its 4 ways on, slows, rolls down the window, and the person seems like he/she is motioning the kid to get in... I only saw it for like 8 seconds. I thought about turning around but I thought maybe it was his father or mother wanting to kick his ass for walking around traffic.

Just hope this kid doesn't end up raped and killed... never know these days. Anyway, is there anything I can do to check if there is any missing child reports around my town? I'm just really cautious about whats going on in my community.

well let me fill u guys in on yesterday.. me, my sis and niece are at the mall in concord in charlotte, she is 3, so my sis and myself take her out to this stupid thing for kids that was suppose to be there, but wasnt, others thought this so we let her play with the other dumbasses who cant tell one mall from the other..LOL, anyway this woman kept talkin to my niece, in some way that made me nervous, so we walk about 15 feet away and stand and kinda BS and see these caladar setups, so the woman walks over, pics up my niece and starts talkin to her...then just turns around and starts walkin away, my sister starts to yell, but i stop her and convince her to follow, so we follow about 25 feet back, close enough where we can lose her an far enough back to hide.. or try to. so that bitch walks outside and unlocks her car and is tryin to kidnapp my niece, so i run up, grab my niece and give her to my sister then i completely beat the dog**** out of the woman. i kicked her and about everything else i can think of.. then i get on myu cell and call the cops.. she is laying there talkin about suin me and so on, and ive already gone to my car, gotten my handgun and my old badge from where i worked..LOL and was standin there. the cops roll up and take my gun and look at my badge and PO ID and start questioning me, i told them i overreacted and they arrested her, got my phone and we left. with all the fight stories ive read on the boards, i thought some of you ppl would like this one.. and a preemtive strike to those who will flame for beatin a womans ass, shes lucky it wasnt in a dark alley or the would have found her today.. dont mess with kids man... i feel so good..LOL and they are searching her home and so on bc of maybe this not being the first time she did it..

yea call the local pd in the area you saw it happen. Hopefully nothing sketch went down. But good looking out brother, I think if we lived in world where more people like you were around, it might be safer to walk the street of urban setting such as Philly.

I have a friend who goes to school in ceter city and t can be a pretty sketchy place during the day, not to mention the night. and Center city is actually of the nicer areas of Philly
