I dont really know what that website is about. And laws are different everywhere but my bro got out of a $600 speeding ticket by making a donation to charity. So he still had to fork over money but it didnt affect his driving record, insurance etc. Check into that.

You can buy a reflector to put on your plate. They sell them some where.
    Costs about $40.

Thats a really skewed logic. Not wearing your seatbelt is only going to harm you in an accident. Speeding, can potentially end someone elses life. There are speed limits for a reason. I dont always follow them myself, but they do have a legitimate purpose that I think your chosing to ignore. Your actions can impact other peoples lives.

no offense to anyone but i **** hate speeders, 5-10 mph past the limit is fine, but everytime i see someone pass me doing a thousand mph i think wow.. he must really think hes important to be jeapordizing all these peoples lives cause he cant leave for work 10 ****ing mins earlier. not so much because its the law but where i come from (NJ) its the most densely populated state in the country, anytime some idiot looses control of his car he takes like 50 people out with him.

what an assinine statement. its not your life they are so concerned about, its the people who u take out along the way. imagine if your mother got ran over and killed because some prick was speeding. id imagine one of your first reactions would be wanting to kill the idiot. who wants to be THE idiot?

Boom there you go....I'm a master of getting out of tickets including, running a steady red light, not wearing a seatbelt, speeding 88 in a 55, broken tail light, broken headlight, speeding 97 in a 55 I didnt even have to step in ourt for. What GSXXR just said is the best answer there is.

Get a pellet gun or regular gun and go behind the camera on the light post and shoot the ****er down.

I used to love driving by those automated speed readers on the street that tell u how fast you are going, and flash when u need to slow down. When no one was around and it was a road where no one could see you, we'd throw big f*cking rocks at the glass on the front and totally destroy those mother f*ckers.

    That was fun.

I use to fly by them as fast a possible to show people that it is possible to break 100mph on a side street.

The idiot would be the guy speeding through your neighborhood, not the guy driving 120 on the highway.

i dont know if this will apply since you got busted by a camera, but if you like in a large city like I do, just go to court, the odds are the cop wont show up, like I said i dont know if this will apply to u since you got caught by a camera. I got a ticket a while back and I went to court hoping the cop wouldnt show up and he didnt so it got dismissed so did the other 50 people in the court room. I have a friend thats a cop in the city of Chicago too and he said they just dont have the time to go to court over meaningless speeding tickets most of the time at least in large cities like chicago or houston. Most people dont realize that

Even if the cop shows up it's just an arraignment, the cop isnt allowed to say anything unless it goes to trial. I just had an arraignment 2 days ago and the cop was there lol.

Now dont get me wrong guys, ive never speeded through neighbors hoods, ive done it on a deserted highway and such, im speaking of getting tickets for 15 km above speed limit, im not talking about racing through neighbor hoods, believe it or not, there are places to rod the bag off your vehicle.

Tell them that you can pay with your "hairy check book." That should freak the cop out enough, to run far away and never return. Besides that, I have no-idea.

Say it was someone else. Someone you loaned the car to real quick but you forget his name, a cousin from out of town, anyone but you. I doubt it would even come to that.

most states it's a civil ticket. just a fine so they can make the owner of the car pay it regardless. Then the owner has to sue the person who got the ticket (did the driving)

Varies depending on state laws. I personally would ask for deferred adjudification (probation). It cost roughly the same amount as defensive driving and doesn't go on your record. So you can save your defensive driving for an asshole judge who won't let you take deferred. I have had over 25 tickets in the last 6 years. Only had 1 go on my record because i woke up to late to go close out my probation.

If you wanted to contest the ticket...honestly...it's a photo thing...you can't get out of it. If it was a cop thing you could play the reschedule court date game and catch it on a day the cop doesn't show up. Best you can do is request for service records of that camera thingy. Find out what the mandatory service requirements are for it and see if they are up to par. If you hired a lawyer that is what they would do. Most counties don't keep up with there paper work so they probably would not be able to show all the documents needed and if they did it probably won't be up to date...either way your case would get dismissed. But there's a chance of having to pay a fine. So I would only do this if you are one stubborn mofo.

p.s. if you are doing deferred, don't just request deferred adjudification...request 3 months of it. alot of times the DA / assistant DA's will be like "yah ok" :P
