Suggestions
Its hard to tell what exercises exactly helped me the most, but mine started growing the fastest when I hit dips/weighted dips hard... and tri pushdowns using the rope attachment and straining (for lack of a better word) at the bottom of the movement when the arms are fully extended...

alright guys......was going through my old pics cleaning my room (for once) and I found pics of 2 ex wifeys.......
anywho the gurl in white, in the pic alone was my ex in 2004 we went out for a year and half. The other one in the photo booth is me and her (thats when I was 17 - 4 years ago) so dont laugh
enjoy.....btw the 1 in the photo booth is a model now shes smokkin hott she was 17 in that pic..but now shes cocky/bitchy hmmm figures...
