Well thats true about concrete floors and stuff I mean you could get seriously injured by smashing your head on the concrete. Sapp might as well be barefisted because those gloves are so thin. I really hate to quote Joe Rogan but the gloves are more to protect your own hand than soften your blows.

yea thats for sure, if you hit someone hard enough in the chin, or other key areas of the face, you can drop him no matter how much bigger he is than you. another good place to hit someone is right between the nose and the upper lip. there are thousands of nerve endings there, plus youl break the fools front teeth too... which would hurt like hell

What is the benefit of steroid use ?

Steroids cut down on the recovery time necessary between workouts. You can train harder and expect greater muscle gains because of your increased intensity. In boxing however, cellular growth is not the primary objective. Boxers must increase strength while staying within the confines of their weight class. The boxer must train to increase ligament and tendon strength while initiating a response from a maximum number of motor units. The boxer can thus gain speed, power and explosiveness.

John continued to say that steroids would make a fighter more susceptible to knockout. Steroids cause an increase in blood flow and blood pressure, while reducing the body’s ability to clot blood. This equates to a fighter that is less able to go the distance and more vulnerable to knockout. John added that a problem with many trainers is their failure to understand the true science of conditioning. Each athlete is unique, thus requires a unique conditioning and nutritional program. Many trainers wish to help their athletes, but their actions often come back to hurt them. This may have been the case with someone from Fernando’s camp.

yea thats true, but the smaller guy had better have the power to knock out the bigger guy. i know that size isnt everything, but i doubt that the average 145 pound guy has the power to knock out someone that has been hit before. especially if the guy is drunk. i dont know about other guys, but when im drunk i dont feel pain much at all.

exactly, its safe to say that at least 90% of all fights end up on the ground where skill in grappling would dominate the fight.

haha yea, then the brawl breaks out. honestly though, i wish people were more hesitant to jump into other people's fights. some punks that i knew in highschool would go around instigating and provoking fights with people cause they knew that they had hella guys to get his back. those kids really pissed me off

yea, generally speaking, its not a good idea to go out getting into fights. i dont know about the laws in the UK, but in america, its a felony if you break bones, including the nose. hell man, noses are very delicate. it doesn't take much power at all to break that. then you go to jail for 3-5 years. id rather stay on the outside and take lots of gear.

No No he's not talking about an outcold knockout. This is a TKO. He mentioned only that blood flow and blood pressure are increased while clotting ability is decreased. This would only be beneficial to an opponent if this was a CUT. A cut can turn a fight into a TKO by doctor stoppage and TKO's are recorded as knockouts in boxing. It's pretty slick wording, where did you get that info from?
