hotmail account help...please!!!!

ok, i am a dumb ass! i was fooling with my profile on my hotmail account and i changed my birthdate to 1999. well, as soon as i hit ok, a message came up saying that i had to have my parents permission to access my account! i tried to be my parent but it asked for my credit card number to prove that i was of age! i am not giving anyone on the net my credit card number! now i cant access my email account! i use this for everything, even my personal training. can someone tell me how to get into it again?

Only thing i can suggest is to contact [email protected], and tell them that a hacker somehow got your password and now you need a parent to sign-in, explain that you do not like giving out your credit info, and tell them what your profile says, and im sure they will edit it for you, along with a new password. First click on options. (towards the right hand side, beside address book)

Then Personal Profile (to the left of the screen)

Then just change your birthday back to how it was supposed to be.

And click update.

Actually I just realized something, that will only work if you can get into the account.
Can you access the options?

Man, i don't think you will have to get new addy, technical support and shit like that is what they are there for. The hard part is actually gettin ahold of one of those guys.

Yes, some do try to use that method by posing, but a hacker doesn't know what Kevs favorite bet is or any of that other stupid shit they ask you for that matter.

try technical support, if they cant help you, cough up the cc #...hotmail is probably one of the safest places to give it out.

yes farmer Hotmail acc. are free. just go to www.hotmail.com and click on sign-up. and fill out the thing and that's it. make up a email address and boom.
