I mix metal and Techno (vocal) on the cd's i make. Heh standard store bought cds usually cant keep up with my attention span.

a like a lil bit of everything depends on the lift im doing usually so i throw a bit of everything on the ol' Mp3 player, Pantera, AFI, eminem, billy talent, bush machinhead of course, j-fyzical when i wanna hear someone rap about juice.

i swing back and forth between dmx, old Dre, linkin park, limp bizkit...basically anything hard rap or hard rock...
if i'm doing cardio i may switch to techno, etc...depends on my mood.
