Gained a new respect for MySpace.com
U wouldn't understand why really, it's a compilation of things......
I'll be there soon, linking my two sites, the one that exists now (fitness/nutrition) and my other site "to be", a modeling/fashion site
aimed at getting me work in the industry.
I saw "Janelle" from the Real World Key West last week. I was at San Jose International Airport and she was there walking with her big stunner glasses on trying to be "low pro", but my eyes are too damn good. What a standout she is, much props to her for the things she's doing as well, u go girl.
Anyhow, she has a huge myspace.com page and I thought about it and depending on "who" you are, they are not that bad of an idea! She is on to something...........

Putzing around on myspace is crap, imho. But it could certainly be advantageous to advertise there. Lot of people on there.

Yea the advertising does reach a lot of people. Thats the main purpose of big companies, and bands, really to build a fan/customer base.
but myspace, more like borophyll.

Its great for networking.
A friend of mine is Party promoter..

It makes his life so much easier, plus gives him a great ego boost I am sure.

rofl, the sad part is, what you said was true. when i was bored a long long time ago, and yahoo user chat rooms were still open, i would go into the bodybuilding room, only to find there were nothing but queers in there.

I dont understand why people feel the need to bash myspace.
The concept is brilliant, its a great way to advertise, really good for bands, really good to find old friends, etc.

Well think of it this way. What is the worst outcome of having a myspace page? You seem business orientated and therefore have to be creative, open minded and diversify. You are virtually tapping into a new market, for free. What is your sole cost? The time spent making the page, which I may say is next to nothing. The reward to risk ration is very interesting.
