Don't you get the impression that anyone who is a life-long jock (that's probably 80% or more of the AR Members), you never sweat it when you're high in bodyfat. Don't you generally feel confident you can get as lean as you want and it's just a matter of making the decision? I know that it may be tough for some due to genetics but for most of the jockier fokes on this board, you know that when you decide to turn on the juice (not that juice! We're talking resolve) you can do whatever you want with your body. The only real factor is time. And that time frame is generally 12-15 weeks.
