I like it, but it doesn`t help the image people have of bodybuilders.

i think in a way it does. it shows that these particular bodybuilders have the good sense of humour to go through with acting out this stereotype, and in the process making themselves appear dumb.

How does it help a stereotype by them acting the part? That's like a Black actor dancing around saying "hey boss" acting like a step and fetch it. Explain exactly how that helps defeat the stereotype.

I had to laugh because it was still great. But this video symbolizes a couple things that VIc Richards believes about IFBB pro bodybuilding

none the less i laughed my ass off

The "He needs to work on his Lats" and "Thanks MR, we can always get huger......and shinier" haha

exactly. thats the way i looked at the thing, and im sure others would aswell. when i watch TV, i see things from the actors/writers standpoint alot of the time, and this is why i see it like this. im sure im not alone with this statement. besides, the general public would be able to realise they were actors playing a role, and likely be impressed that they remembered their lines

I see a parody as someone making fun of themselves. Like Dave Chapelle. Or Eddie Murphy's buckwheat.

Well, one of the definitions of parody is "make fun of", they were making fun of the dumb meathead stereotype of bodybuilders so it could be said that they were parodying the stereotype.

Chris Cook is the blonde guy. He got his pro card nationals 2004. Something not everyone agreed with. There was booing and I think a fight broke out in the audience. He hasn't done very well as a pro. At least not yet.
