    Opinions of Gregg Valentino

    If anyone saw the documentary on the discovery channel you would think the same way about Gregg V. (The man with PUMP N POSE arms).. He made the steroid community sound like a bunch of steroid junky addicts.. In the program they said steroids caused his arms to explode.. BULL SH*T... I give no respect to anyone that uses Pump N Pose to obtain their goals.. To me the guy is as worthless as two d*cked billygoat..

    I'm happy w/my arms, and I'd never use synthol to try to get them bigger.

    Especially to the point where they look totally fake and disgusting.

    Kind of defeats the purpose of fitness and bodybuilding.
