bodyfat- i dont care about my bodyfat. my lower abbs are a lil visible and i have a couple thick veins in the biceps. i consider my self lean
b.b. flat bench press. who gives a ****
squat- leaves ass sweat marks on the floor because i go that low
deadlift- 405 for 8 and 435 for 5. this one will be soaring now that i am able to do it again after screwing up my back
I have been posting on this board for about 5 years. yall just didnt know it because i used another name and wasnt stupid about mouthing off and showing my age. if it wasnt for you guys, my growth plates would have been closed at 16 and i would still be 5'7. you guys actually talked me out of taking steroids about 3 times between the ages of 16-18. and because of it im still natural

squat:I hope and think with knee wraps and a good belt 585. My legs have always been kinda strong with football and everything. When I first started training they were kinda lacking. My football coach said something like, "ya can't build a fortress without having a foundation." Those words just stuck in my head. It's all about havin' good trainin' partners when maxin' out ya know? I like to go f_ckin' crazy.
