310dolllars gear money lost or ripped off

I sent a friend of mine 310 dollars in a birthday card in a security envelope from Missouri to North Carolina and now three weeks has gone by and he still hasn't gotten the money and I haven't gotten it returned to me. I use his po box and initials to send it to do you guys think it got stolen in the mail or shipped to the wrong house or I just got ripped offeither way i'm facking pissed just wanted some thoughts while i'm venting.

If you sent money to a PO Box with initials and it's been three weeks, I highly doubt you're going to get it.

He said he thanks it will be on the way back to me or got shipped to the wrong addy would be his guess but I've shipped to many addresses being ebay and for other stuff and never had any trouble.

dont use a fake id for a po box....u will get ****ed on a few dif. things. such as using a fake id for mail...which is bad cause they get pissed cause its federal...and sending drugs into it...if they find that i dont think they will be happy either...
i send my stuff to my house...they leave it in my mail box...i never have to sign for shit...fake name on everything...wu...and give fake name to source...

I've mailed birthday cards. Some friends don't accept western union. I just make sure to get a tracking number.
