Suspended drivers lisence

Does anyone know if you get your drivers lisence suspended. take motorcycle classes and get a bike lisence? im over bumming rides

Depends where you live. In Australia you are suspended on everything

anything that you drive and need a licence

Really not related since u already got your answer, I'll post LOL

I have my liscense suspended in the state of NEW YORK..

because they didnt have anyone working the TOLL at GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE at 3am.

They only had PASSLANES... i waited there for like 10min pressing the buzzer and nothing.. so i went thru..

like a month later, got a bill for it + hefty fine...
than another..
than liscense suspended LOLOL

LOL thanks guys, so im shit out of luck. oh well, another question; if i live in california, buy property in arizona, and apply in their DMV, would they see that my cali lisence is suspended

Dude u think bumming rides is bad, believ eme i know. I havent have a license for over a yr now(2 dui's) And dont see me getting it back for atleast another if lucky. i gotta get rides to work and back everyday, to pay bills cash checks, but bank is only 15-20 min walking distance as my gym is right next door( 3/4 block away) and grocery store same thing.. completely sucks, gotta pay for my consequences tho

long as you gota an adress in arizona and tell them youv been there for a year... i dont see the problem... i got my ohio licence when it was suspended in illinois

hmmm, that could work, since u'd get a fresh lisense number, that might not pop up as suspended in california.

Thanks guys i thought that could work. But do i need proof when telling them ive been there a year. because that i cannot do. lol. and of course would need to take the drivers test in AZ as well, huh? My plan was to take it over the internet, and have them mail my lisence to my friends house, and have him mail it to me. haha but if i have to take the test at an AZ DMV, then i guess ill need to plan a vacation.

unfortunately thats the only thing they could take away from me. my crime wasnt enough to be confined. my crime didnt even take place in my car. cop smelt weed on me, and said that he would like to search me (this is in a fast food place) im like uh ok, cuz i didnt smoke anything but a cigar. searching me, he found an empty box of what the test vial came in. he wrote a report and left taking the box.that happened in june. come december i get a letter in the mail demanding an apperance in court. so i say, what the hell is this. go to court for a pretrial. and they said they found steroids on me and in my car, not an empty box in a jacket pocket. i get formal probation and lisence suspended...NICE HUH? well come the trial, its the cops word vs. mine. he wins, i lose. so ive been complying since january. its may now, and i need to drive, espically since i work fulltime. so yes the idea is to not drive on a suspended lisence, but in my case, this shouldnt of even happened. but thanks for your input.

Wow, that's messed up. When the cop took your box, he is supposed to write out a form of all seized property. It would say "box for test" or some other discription. If you still had it, you could have brought it to court.

yep, my lawyer tried to bring that up. inventory of seized property. i never signed anything, he asked for my information, and i knew it was suspicious when he asked for my SSN, but me being stupid...gave it to him.

new question...so to take motorcycle course classes ("ridercourse" in california) all you need is proof of drivers ed...now my question is, after taking the class, to recieve the permitt do you get it from the school program or just like drivers permitt, you recieve from the DMV...if that is the case, i guess im shit out luck there too haha.

well you have to appeal in front of a judge/referee for the DMV, usually they dont want to hassle, so they just say yes and give the restricted permitt. the problem is, the phone number you need to call to make the apointment is ALWAYS busy...thank uncle sam for not hookin up the dmv with multiple lines.
