gift ideas, really need help!!

peeps!

its me and my girls 3 yrs together coming up next week and i really havnt a clue what to buy her. does anyone have any decent ideas? i cant think of anything to get her coz usually when i buy gifts i go for expensive ones (well expensive to me!) but coz im a student now, im skint!

any help owuld be appreciated, i dont want to boning for weeks coz my presents were crap! lol

What’s you budget? Does she already have the standard stuff like an iPod, or digital camera? What about pets? It’s summer time you can always get her a kitten or something. If you have gotten her jewelry in the past then you can get her a nice jewelry box. What type of money are you looking to spend and what type of gifts have you got her the past?

shes got an ipod, shes got a camera, shes got a cat! lol. iv bought her a ring, bracelet and necklace in the past. my budget isnt a lot, approx $200 or so coz iv gotten her a few bits and pieces already but need something to be the 'main' present!

she likes books, without sounding nerdy, but since wev come to uni shes been very much into her work, and i dont want to get her an Astrophysics book (johan if you read this, sorry, but shes got enough astro books!)

Take her to a nice hotel for a weekend or something. get out of town and do something spontaneous. Sometimes material isn't the best idea, especially since you've done that all in the past.

i like maxima5's hotel idea and i agree that sometimes material objects arent always the best idea, esp since youve covered the jewlery bases already. look into a day spa treatment 4-5 hours for the both of you. not sure how prevalant those are in the UK but here they offer tons of different packages and such, couple massages. then a nice dinner out....... an awesome day and night she wont soon forget may be the best gift off all. pick up some flowers too and give those to her before the spa....all day attention and pampering....she'll love it.

Great idea. Take her away to a town or city near by, and get a whirlpool suite.

or do an adventure like sky diving, or scuba lessons. Or even dance lessons, I've never met a women who didn't want to take dance lessons.

A portable DVD player is always good too.

Get her a gold coin.

They come in various sizes, various prices, and all you do is spend $50 or so for a little one, or $500 for a one ounce coin, put it in a fancy card, and there you go.

Gold is classy.

Buy some nice champagne and take her on a balloon trip, then have a little present with you there when you are hovering over some nice place and tell her she is the most beautiful woman in the whole universe.

For under $200 you can get her a nice pair of earrings, which you didn't mention in your previous jewelery purchases. Depending on whether you wanted to go with diamond or not you could still have some cash left over to take her out to dinner as well.
