That is a good vid. but he still only does 1/2 the weight of Ronnie, and will still only come in 2nd. It's gonna be a shame when Phil Heath beats him =)

WTF? Is that all in 1 workout? He does like 10 different exercises

Shit, I don't lift heavy at all and use 12-15 reps for upper body, 15-20 for lower body.
People ask me all the time how strong I am, how much can I bench, etc.
I tell them I have no idea because I don't train super heavy at all. For bicep curls for example, the heaviest I'll go is like 50's and that's about it!
It's not how much you lift, it's the results you obtain from whatever lifting benefits your physique the most.

thankyou finally people give him the respect he deserves...
hes in better shape then ronnie..and i think he deserves 1st and has deserved 1st the past few years...ronnie is a sloppy mess
gustavo deserves better than ronnie too IMHO..and he showed it in the challenge rounds against ronnie

in regards to swolecats comments, it is smarter and wiser to use a lighter weight as possible if you can produce good results. less injury, less need for a spotter, less wear and tear in years to come. i wish i could appreciate this advice now, but i just love going as heavy as i can. in afew years i will likely see things differently.
also, johnny jackson i think lifts similar poundages to ronnie, and he places at the back end of most pro shows. even though his physique is one of my favourites in the sport

I'm sick of seeing Ronnie's face everywhere. Every year I sit on the edge of my seat praying that Jay knocks him off. HIs time will come. I hope.

i rorate through more exercises per each body part with shorter/heavier reps where cuts/mass/strength are all there and works great for me thereby shocking the muscles each time.

man that song by shinedown is super awesome
-
06-01-2006, 03:24 PM #25
yeah I like the song in the background as well. Jay has done very good investments with his money in Vegas. He might not be 1 right now but I'm sure hes made more money then Ronnie.

Someone could look 100x better than Ronnie but Ronnie will win, it dosnt matter. As long as he shows up, he will win. I figured yall would know that by now.

When I bought my last container of protein i got this workout DVD with cutler and a few others on it... explaining the proper ways to do specific exercises.. I love it.. it's kinda like porn for me...LOL. ANyway.. Cutler looks fabulous on it. Too bad it's a product pusher... but has this routine on it that's supposed to make you grow an inch on your arms in one day... it's crazy...

I love that video . . his back is perfect, he deserves it.

Jay Cutler has better lines, symmetry, less GH gut, and more sponsors. IMO he's the better of the two.

Id like to get my hands on that video too.
