Must be a great feeling after all the hard work. You are actually inspiring me to try to do a show in winter of 08, I have to see how fast things go with me buying ahouse, its taking the life out of me in daily life and training.

it is the hardest thing on my mind i have ever had to do, i have never lost a close loved one and i am sure the stress and pain from that would be worse, but the mind agmes and mental toughness needed are insane...thing is i get to here and i say i am done, never again, but i know as soon as it is sunday after the show i will be planning my next show prep....i would suggest it to anyone to try it, just to experience, and see how mentally tough you really are...it is so much more than just going to the gym, thats the easy part....Thanks for the compliments man, those are some of the reasons i keep going, to many boys on here i would be lettin down...7 more days now....

i am practisisng my posing every couple hours now, for like 20 minutes...trying to breathe better so i dont faint.....i feel confident i am gonna win, i have lost some of the water i was concerned with and the IGF is really kickin in now....cant wait till the show now....thanks again fella's....

Practice the posing as much as you can Webb, preferably in a hot room with lights or something similar. On stage, those lights will beat the shit outta you, and learning to breathe properly, hold your poses, etc., is a true talent and it's VERY hard. I almost fainted during my last show, and had to use some girl's inhaler that she had backstage, her boyfriend gave it to me before the finals when I had to go back out for the final posedown. That was ROUGH!!!

It is actually really hot in my apartment this weekend, and especially for canada...so i have been using my music on the surround sound and i can see my reflection in my big screen tv a little bit, mainly just my abs...so i am trying to get the breathing down for the most part...i dont wanna go up there in great shape and big, then lose it to a middleweight that poses better...
