    interesting inject experience...

well, it's 3:13am here. eating my cottage cheese, listening to "shake that ass bitch", bored, and just figured i'd drop one last post in here before i go to sleep.

so anyway, yesterday i was going to inject my b12 as usual. everything was completely normal, but i thought it might be a good idea to try a technique i heard about for injecting. i had read somewhere that by pulling the skin to one side a slight bit right before injecting, you can offset the injection site on the skin so that nothing can leak out to the surface. made perfect sense, so figured i'd try it.

so pulled the skin back, injected the needle into my delt, and all went well. let go of the skin after i injected and was about to aspirate . well, obviously when injecting your delt you only have one hand to work with. my hand slipped off the pin a bit and it sprung sideways cause of the skin being offset. it went from being straight on to being at about a 45% angle. oops.

surprisingly it didn't hurt at all. injected as usual, pulled out, and all was fine. just figured i'd share this experience so you guys can get a nice visual of the needle churning around in my delt like that. enjoy.

That happened in my glute kinda. I accidentally let go of the spread skin and the damn pin and it hurt like fuk but, next day there was no swelling or anything else. Got lucky i guess.

Off subject, but does B-12 do anything for you?

I dont seem to notice much.

And I only Ztrack when I have two hands - usually on quads because thet's the only place I ever bleed.

well, different people get different results, anything from dramatic to nothing depending on the person.

the injects definitely made a couple differences for me. one has been much better pumps from my workouts. i'm assuming this is from an increase in blood volume as b-12 may have contributed to that, but regardless of the cause of my better pumps when working out, they started during the first week my injects began, so it's definitely attributed to them.

i've also noticed i can push myself harder in the gym. what i mean by this is it takes longer for my muscles to fail during my sets. on a good side, i can train even more intensely without my muscles giving out. on the bad side, it's made me overtrain because of the extra intensity. however, after adjusting my workouts accordingly, it seems that my cns will have less of a strain on it during my workouts due to the fact that not as much muscular failure training is necessary during my workouts to effectively increase growth. not sure exactly how the b-12 contributed to this, but i do know i've read that b-12 helps to maintain healthy nerve cells.

one thing that i didn't personally get from the b-12 however was increased appetite. it also hasn't increased my energy levels. i have slight chronic fatigue, and it hasn't seemed to help that. i know some use it for those benefits, however i never experienced them.
