This new guy Phil Heath. I feel they are fast tracking this guy. He has a great build, he is handsome and well spoken. Very marketable. I think it has a lot to do with his winning streak.

Ya but I can totally see where Pepperoni is coming from. I mean if he is the best bodybuilder but the title is held from him because they dont like his attitude than its ridiculous. I mean endorsement-wise anyways Jay is HEAVILY sponsored, I would say more so than Ronnie. But I dont know actual numbers. Plus he can actually speak without stuttering unlike Coleman. I think he would be a much better champ.

Gunther Schlierkamp. Gunther is one hell of a bodybuilder w/ one hell of a personality to go with it. The guy has been robbed again and again of titles. So when the judges are making their decisions during olympia they are asking themselves "who do the kids look up to more?" I HIGHLY doubt that, and again if that is the case than that is a problem with the system not Cutler. Because that is not what they should be getting judged on.

I agree here for sure. He ALWAYS thanks the fans and says he does it for them etc. One thing about Gunther is he truly seems genuine when he does an interview or sign autographs etc.

He's a baby only 26.

He's loving it and last reason because he's pretty. Square jaw, piercing green eyes set against acarmel skin. If nothign else, the kid will help fill contest seats with female behinds.

i think its hard to make an educated stab at whether or not a bodybuilder is an asshole. I mean, same w/ any celebrity there put in the spotlight a lot, its hard to b nice ALL the time, no one is. Esp. around contest time, these guys r puttin themselves thru hell to look the way they do, so they're probly gonna b a little on edge during any interview. unless you actually know thm personally i think its really difficult to say. cause thn its jus based on a few interviews, maybe rumours or an autograph signing. but i agree w/ bino tht interviews probly doesn't not come into play much (atleast i hope not) when deciding the winner, cause coleman continues to win but sounds like a moron when he speaks.

It really sucks. At 200lbs I looked like a skeleton and I'm only 6'1"! I got up to 280 legally with the help of M1T but now I'm cutting down and have lost 20lbs. since April. I want to get down to 10-13% BF before starting my first cycle, though, which means another 20lbs...

Your cutting thread is definitely inspirational! I wish I could be as disciplined as you.

I agree...Gunther is my favourite right now...mainly because I think his physique is A1 (especially since starting with Glass - he was awesome at the 05 Mr. O) and I like that he is my height - no good trying to emulate a guy 5 inches shorter than me. He is a one guy I would love to meet one day.

He is definately the coolest out of all pros IMO. He was the first prop I ever met. Everyone that has met him said the same about how great of a personality he has.
