Home alone and broke

So here´s the deal, my parents went on a 2 week vacation to Russia, Finland, Sweden and Denmark and left my alone at the house. They gave me some money to pay for food etc but since I'm young ofcourse I threw it away last weekend (they are comming home after a week). ANYWAY thats not the real issue, the real issue is that I was driving home from work and I was in a rush (cause I have a dog and the poor thing had to stay at home from 08-16:00 while I was working (although my uncle stopped by once to give her food and let her outside to do her "things")). Then all of a sudden I see this flash and I'm like what the **** was that? I look back and I see this unmarked police car... great, he got a pic of me speeding at 80 km/h in a 50 km/h max zone.
Soooo tomorrow I will get a letter sent to my house with the ticket and since I'm a guy who likes to research things I did a little internet browsing and found out the penalty for that kind of speeding is 280$ !
So what to do? All I have left of the "food" money is like 20$ or some (and believe me, where I live.. food is not cheap). Do I turn to prostitution...? J/K

F*ck the police (although they are only doing there job most of the time, when they arent being complete f*ckheads).

rar1015 i think if I pay within three days I get a "discount" (which is sooo stupid, you shouldnt get a discount for brakeing the law just cause you´ve got $$$) or else I have to pay more (dont actually know how much, I guess I'll figure out tomorrow)

if i were you.... i would go to court..... ask the judge for community service or payments. here they will let you do $40 a month. you know you dont have to pull over for an unmarked right? they are suppost to wait for a marked unit.

I didn't pull over, they didn't even stop me.. all they do is send a letter to my house that says "bleh bleh bleh, you were speeding and you have to pay <$$$>, bleh bleh"

At first I thought this was illegal cause they dont have a sign or anything that says "watch out for speeding cameras" (like they have when there is a camera set up somewhere) but I guess it´s legal cause they sure as hell are catching a whole bunch of people speeding with this f*"2ing car..

How do you know he had his radar on. Pictures sometimes don't get liscense plate numbers. I have a jammer. Most times their doing paper work or talking on their cell phones. Don't worry about a problem until there is one.

Mizfit, I'm 19 and yes I do make my own money in the summer time when I'm not in school but I won't get paid until next month (5th of July I think it is)..

Ufa I just took it for granted cause I saw a flash and this car is the most hated car here cause he is always busting people for speeding.. but I guess you´re right about dont worrying so I'll try to do that..

I've been flashed quite afew times by photo radar. Never recieved a ticket yet from them. They must have a perfect picture of your license plate. Plus it takes time to process it, and send it out. I wouldn't worry about it, untill you recieve it in the mail.

Try doing something to earn some money in the mean time. You have money for a car and gas, why not food?

I dont have money for car and gas.. I'm using my mom and dads car, they left it with a full tank of gas and its more than enough for me since I only drive to work.
