    why I lift at home

Went to my OLD gym I used to be a member to. Have'nt been there for about a yr. and half. The owner wants me to join BAD. So I head in to tear it up. Same museum era equipment. Same %*X* music. The dude has satellite radio and we suffer through "the vinyls" old, old. Everyone used to complain before. No I think I'll keep it going at home.

    How about trying another gym....?

I doubt you have enough weights to make decent progress at home...

My gym just opened about 1 year ago and just re ordered another $750,000 worth of new equipment. To be honest I do not know how they stay afloat. It is a great gym, with relatively no people or waiting for equipment. The music can be bad depending on who is working, but all in all I am quite happy.

If you are most comfortable with working out at home, then continue doing it.

u can never train as good at home unless u have a massive gym and for that u would need a hell of a lot of money

I live in a smaller town, 10k population. We have one gym, and I could very easy setup a small home gym just as easy.

If I just bought dumbells, a bench, squat rack, pulldown machine and a sled I would have enough to get the same workout.

I gotta have the "vibe" of a good gym to get where I'm going! I travel and the change of scenery at new gyms can motivate as well.

You can work most muscles with some pretty basic EQ if you really need too.
