Well the thing about those commercials is people take is so much more seriously than all of the other perscrition drugs out there. Yes those side effects listed are by all means possible. But hey havent any of these numbnuts ever seen a commercial for even one of those cholesterol med's. At the end they say...

"Do not use if you are pregnant, could become pregnant, are nursing, are using birth control, have high blood pressure or any related heart diseases. Possible side effects are: headaches, cramping, nose bleeds, raised blood pressure, blood clots, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, dizziness and possible death."

I mean wtf are all of these people thinking when they go and get a prescription for one of these meds? Its absolutely incomprehensible to me why they hold side effects of AAS use to such a higher degree than any other medication out there. Once again its ignorance rearing its ugly head, also the fact that people are so fat and unhealthy these days they are glued to their tv's and start to believe anything they see/hear on it. Oh well I say let these fat bastard think what they want.

However, let's let the Budweiser and alcohol commercials run rampant, and sponsor Super Bowls and sporting events, etc., have people drink themselves to death, drink and drive, etc.

That's totally fine though right? The gov't most certainly thinks so.

You're not kidding dude...The last bi-polar med they put my girlfriend on, she had to come in once a week for a check up because a 'seriously fatal-but rare' side effect was a fatal rash called steven johnsons syndrome..

Yup...did we forget cigarettes too? Why doesnt someone make a commerical with someone coughing up tar from years of smoking...

Id say that commericals advertising McDonalds are JUST AS dangerous in the LONG TERM as steroids can be for your health, if not the aforementioned being worse for you...

The worst is in this communications class Im taking....This girl wrote a research paper on why performance enhancing drugs are bad for you..We do these things in there called peer reviews where we get other students papers and have to basically pick apart the points and what not, suggest improvement, etc. God if you read some of her points on why 'stair roids' were evil you'd be sick. She even listed "morals" as one of them.. All the while divorce rate is at 50%, meth addiction is becoming rampant, preists are raping little children...yea tell me something about ****in morals...

True, if it can scare away highschool and underage users, then it does have some merit. Otherwise those kids may be looking for a quick way out, abuse aas, and then have some sort of repercussion.

Yeah but there are commercials for everything. Dont drink and drive, just say no, quit smoking with Donald Trump yelling into the camera, dont do AAS. It's not like AAS has been singled out and everything else ignored.
