    My BG

    My blood Glucose level is dropping.. and i'm starting to feel pretty shitty

    Cutting on slin/t4 right now... had my slin pwo... followed by my pwo shake.

    Then an hour later (9:30 pm) i had my ppwo meal.

    My next meal isn't due til 11:30 (it's 11:15).. and it's supposed to be carb-free.

    But the shakes and nausea have started... dammit!

    Yea...this is a pretty pointless thread... just sharing how i feel right now

    feel better bro.. I read somwehre that after you lift you then do cardio.. do you still have a protein shake with dextrose after you train and do cardio?

    PWO shake after your one hour cardio...?

    Also...you only have one pro/carb after?

    Humalog or Hum-R? I suppose it's Hlog being you are taking it so late at night. I prefer to either take it earlier or don't take it at all.. not worth the trouble.

    I have the shake after i've completed both training and cardio.

    I only use high-GI carbs if i'm using a nutrient partioning agent: slin..

    Otherwise i have a low-GI carb and protein pwo.

    I do exactly the same thing.. Only use dextrose when using slin now.

    Thanks for the concern.

    I've decided to wait it out... and 30 minutes later i'm feeling good.

    Not gonna have carbs tonight after all

    Gonna finish updating my training log and then head home for a bite to eat.

    I think the metformin i'm using along with the slin is the culprit here.

    Possibly, I've just done similar to what you're doing and almost passed out one day in the kitchen.. ended up having to eat a handful of glucose tabs because I have NO sugar in my house. lol Just becareful because it can sneak up on you before you know it.

    Yea... i've had it sneak up on me late at night... *shivers*

    That shit is crazy.

    This is the first time i'm using Humalog tho... My body got so accustomed to lin-R... now the i've gotta relearn it's response here.

    i ****ing hate slin. like 2 weeks or however long i used it was enough to scare me strait. then again i have an insane sensitivity to insulin . i wish my lil narkypoo would stop that shit though.
