    my new inspiration!!

for the past year my goal has been to lean up as much as possible for boxing and overall health. i went from 215lbs to 175lbs and have never felt better! i can credit running for most of my sucess. i went from barely running 5k to now doing a sub 2hr 20k(longest run so far has been a 30k). my goal is to compete in,and finish well,in an ultra marathon(anything over 40k). there is a 60k coming up in calgary in august. i just may have to try it.

as for some inspiration, i found this guy. he is probably the fittest man in the world. http://ultramarathonman.com/

no thanks on the running. How substantial has your muscle loss been since you started running?
