Is is just me or is any one else really really ****ing horny after doing legs?? Now I know doing legs, especially with high volume, raises your testosterone levels higher than any other training. However, I could not believe how ****ig horny I was after doing my quads friday...I mean when I got home I almost called some girl i didnt really like, but knew that she was really easy and would come over and "take care of business"...I settled for my hand in the shower, haha, but seriously, anyone else experience this??

Funnily enough ... last Thursday was leg day for me.. and I usually give them a pretty good work out.. but this day I really really killed them and I was going nuts... I hope it didn't show, but I was really surprised at how horny I got... so I don't think it's only men that experience this, i have no idea baout testlevels either..hha

Personaly speaking I go to the gym to workout not seek attention from the opposite sex and the one thing that can distract me is sexy ladies and thier camel toes LOL... fortunately the gym I use is 80% freeweights and a little run down and attracts mainly hard core so the few ladies that use it are only marginaly better looking than the guys so I dont often get distracted LOL

Yes, of course getting a good workout is priority #1. But it's a nice ego booster if notice you can distract even one person..haha.
