Idea for newbies
I am a newbie to this forum along with many others. I see a lot of B.S. posted by new members. Not just in new threads, but also in answers/suggestions they provide in other threads. Now don't get me wrong, there are also some newbie that are very educated and have a wealth of quality input. But wouldn't it be a good idea to have an option when you post a new thread to select who can post responds in that thread?
For example, you could restrict responses to those who have XXXX amount of posts.
It may be a long shot, who knows. It's just that I see a lot of newbies chiming in just to be chiming in. They usually don't even give their own response, they just agree with one of the vets or give props to the vets for their response. I am just trying to give some ideas to cut out some of the B.S.

Impossible to do on a forum such as this and would create a plethora of programming work for the system admin.
Reality is that people need to realize they MUST take what they read with a grain of salt, and arrive at the best educated decision they can having taken into account the myriad of responses they have received.

I do agree with him. there are alot of people on here who dont have a clue tho and have got high amount of posts behind them, so to be honest i dont think it would solve anything. you would still have the same dick heads talking shit. just all the dick heads doing it would be vets.

It would be too much work, aswell there are plenty of members who have great ideas and information, who have less than 1000 posts. Infact, there was a post, about legal advice, which had the best reply from a member who had 2 previous posts.
