I'll get you for this Swole
Well it's been 2 weeks since I worked legs due to an ankle injury and I like to switch off and on every other week with high/low reps. Well today I did some Swole Squats. Now my ankle was pretty good, but I decided to do 4 sets instead of 5 b/c I didn't want to risk injury and my ankle started to get a little sore not much, but hey. So my 3rd set is over and I want to cry but instead I end up puking in the bathroom. I haven't puked in a long while and I think it was a combonation of the workout and eating my preworkout meal a little too soon before the workout. It wouldn't have been so bad but the gym was full today with little kids with their basketball tournement and of course the whole bathroom was flooded with them. Long story shot the bathroom was empty after the first hurl or two. Kids running out of there and when I come out I get the stare from about 100 parents. Damn you Swole But it was a hell of a workout

Glad you liked it, minus the barf.
Remember to stretch very well after, and more importantly the next morning and that next evening as well. It'll help w/recovery and soreness for sure, allowing you to stretch the fascia and allow more room for growth.

i did the the swol squats last month i actually put a leg press in there as well, before i do my my squats i will superset the ham/quad's then move to leg press and 5 sets of 12 then move over to the swole squats and go home after that.

just got done with the Swole squats, i do this workout 1 time per month, or about evry two weeks, but like i said i put the leg press into the routine as well. and i gotta say its been about 2 hrs. since my leg workout today and im haveing a hard time keeping my balance, my legs are deff fried up.
