    Energy Drinks?

    Sup guys...just wondering what you use for energy drinks & if you like them--taste....effect on you etc.. I buy sugar free red bull at costco for a little more than a buck a piece...

    TAB energy drinks...they are aimed towards women but I love em and they give me a great pump.
    5 cals for 1 can, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 fats. Try it before workout.
    I use TAB, diet coke, and coffee for energy

    I used to love Ultimate Orange back in the days, these days it's either Red Bull or Mountain Dew MDX, but don't do much energy supplements.

    When I drove to FL from Massachusetts, I was pouding the "No Fear" (sugar free) energy drinks like it was no body's business, I dunno what 1 would have done, but 6 let me drive for 13 hours straight haha

    I like full throttle, monster and a new one that just popped up in stores around here, boo koo which has 240mg of caffeine in the normal large energy drink cans and 340mg in the oversized cans.

    Full throttle, Monsters,Red Bulls, Mountain Dews, etc, ALL SUCK IMO!!!! They are full of carbonation for one, who the **** wants to drink that and then hit the gym? Not me. Also, most of them are just loaded w/ caffiene, B-12(which makes you more hungry) and taurine, but there really isnt any proprietary blend in them . Also, the taste is terrible,they are just all too tangy and sweet for me and the after taste sucks. For me, the only energy drinks I take are black coffee and a drink called Hydroxadrine. Hydroxadrines absolutely kick ass
