Working out w/ pain
How many of you workout with some pain?
For example i herniated a disk about a year ago, it hasn't fully healed , did a couple of weeks of PT but i can't seem to stay out of the gym
It usually doesn't hold me from working out but my lower back hurts a bit when i'm done.......

I have something wrong with the very tip of my elbow bone...kills during tris, but I push through week in and week out!

I have some disc problems in my lower back from figure skating, it kills during ab workouts but I push through it and try to switch up my exercises frequently.
Also have knee pain quite often but I detach myself form the pain.. also, lots of flax oil and glucosamine seem to help..
I don't let that stuff get in the way of a good workout unless I feel it will ultimately damage me more severly or long term..

I've been getting some pains around my elbows and wrists lately. Im in the middle of a phera plex cycle so it might be from that but who knows?

After my first SD cycle my shoulders kill when I bench and do shoulder presses. Any ideas of what may have caused this, or what might help with the pain?

now i do very light rotator cuff exercises, stretches, arm circles, and massage my shoulders for about 45min before i go to the gym so i am already a little warmed when i get there. it has actually helped quite a bit

collar bone is a mess, i have been not training probably six months now.
i have been told it will never heal, its perminet damage.
it happened from a car accident.

i have shermann's kyphosis, im in pain even when im not working out. no matter what i do, my midback and around my spine is irritated after i workout. sucks.

havent been able to do any sort of benchpresses (flat incline decline barbell or dumbell) cause of my right shoulder

i did chest 2nd day after i broke my hand right before i went in to get a cast put on .. IF THATS NOT HARD CORE I DONT KNOW WAT IS@!

currently working with very painful knees, they just started aching during my warm-up set of squats, then on the last set the pain intensified to the point of me stopping the workout acouple of exercises short. this was about 8 weeks ago, and they havent got much better

my knees, my lower back,my wirsts. all are shot form the powerlifts. kids listen tio an old man, USE WRAPS and a BELT, save your self from being a criple like me. i had trouble tieing my shoes this morning and putting on my socks because my back is that tight and sore, trust me, i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy
