Going to the grocery store, need ideas
Need some ideas on what to get. I usually get tuna
white fish
broccoli
rice
eggs
salmon in packets
apples
Curious what every body else gets I figure on spending about $100-$150.
Any thoughts on what I could add?

lettuce/beans/cottage cheese/milk/tomatoes/herbs/oats/bread/olive oil.
you dont really need salmon just get tuna cans will do with some olive oil if want.

my shopping list is as follows:
chicken
steak
vegetables
rice
wholemeal bread
eggs, eggs, and more eggs
tuna
cod liver oil capsules
bananas
potatoes
yoghurt drinks
aaaaand maybe some gum lol

80lbs of boneless
20lbs of red meat for meatloaf
2 cans of oats
couple bags of white/brown rice
couple bags of brocolli
couple bags of sweet/regular potatoes
and I steal my splenda from wawa this stuffs too expensive
1 months worth of food costs under 250$

Should of mentioned I go every week, but usually spend about $200 a week (I know it's high, but I take all my food to the salon and don't eat out very much)

diet pepsi strawberries and cream (new fav flavor)
sugar free popsicles
trident gum...the green and orange pack (tropical I think)
olive oil
mustard (dijon)
mayonnaise
almonds
Blueberries
sweet tarts (dex)

Some good snacks would be mackrel in olive oil, alot better than herring or anchovies IMO.
