    was it a complete brake or just a fracture?... those hair lines are annoying cus you always think they are healed up until you stress it adn boom ;(

    I try to be careful on any sport that is not Bodybuilding. Most of the time I dont play because of the chances of getting injured might be high.

    the casts now days have a bubble wrap water resistant lining makin them water proof@!
    BUT IT also holds the water/SWEAT in your cast next too skin 4 EVER no matter how much baby pwder u use!
    after 2 weeks i had to get mine replaced kuz of the moisture it trapped eatin skin away and BURNIN@ i was puulin layer after layer of skin off and sweat MAKES IT BURN like no other!
