Time to get serious again
Tomorrow semester starts again. So no more lazy ass, time to become mr 8 hour a day study geek again.
I have only lifted weights once in the last 4 weeks. Time to get back on track with that. I needed the time off I think, it feelt good to be lazy as hell for a few weeks and the bench pr I set before the break earned me some relaxation I havent lost any real size and the one workout I did 9 days ago showed I hadnt lost any real strenght either.
But I have gotten fat those 7 pounds of candy on sardinia along with loads of pizza and pasta became my fat cells new best friends
So the plan for all of fall is to swim 2-3 times a week, lift weights 3 times a week and intense skip rope 20 minutes pre breakfast 5 times a week. I want to get into cardio shape and get rid of this semi chubby face.
What do you all plan for fall and what do you work with or study?

Hey johan, good luck with the new regime mate. Sounds like your gonna get superfit! My missis suffers from social anxiety too (among others). She found it too difficult to mix with new people as it bought on panic attacks. This used to lead to her drinking a lot in order to blend in. Luckily she is a little better now and no longer drinks.
I am going to be working on the doors as usual and continuing to bulk through autumn. We hope to get some improvents on our house too.

I am in the same boat Johan, summer lazy is now over. I like the fall and start of a new semester. Gets me back into a structured routine. Good luck.
