The official ideal body for me

I'm actually pretty happy with my own physique at this time. I'm agile, can dunk a volleyball on a 10ft basketball rim (I'm only 5'8,), and can perform pretty well at the activities that I enjoy. Everything else on top of what I've already accomplished is just gravy. But I'll always continue to work hard in an attempt to become bigger and better!

When I got into weightlifting, I just wanted to get in good shape. 5 years later, I want to look like this. I love this pic of Dex, it motivates the hell out of me. I know I will probably never achieve this, but it is my goal.

as posted right above me this dudes body is what id like mine to look like. when this picture first came out in bsn advertisements i used it as motivation

i had that pic up in my cubicle and everytime someone would walk by they had to make some type of gay comment or thats gross, you know what your gross ya fat biotches is what i am going to tell em
