    Saying Sorry.

    Well I was told that I should come and say I am sorry for a few things ..
    1# I am sorry for useing my brother-in-laws account
    2# lyeing about my age being 19 not 22


    So there you have it me saying sorry to all you guys out in the open . i really want to train and get bigger.. But i will add i get no help at home "hint" Mr.V

    No he dont listen .. he will not train the way he needs he will not diet.. he does well for a few months than quits or slacks off really bad ... So untill he takes things seriously i am not helping him .. all is info he gets is from the local gym ( which by the way is way off) get this he ask me how long do I boil my needles???????????/ I am like what are you talking about .. he say that the guys at the gym SAID that you can reuse your pins by boiling them.............. see with questions like this it worries me .. by they way when I told him the truth that boiling needle was fcken stupid and shooting up with dull pins is not soo smart he said it's funny all the guys do it and I say different ... ohhhhhhhhhhhh welllll

    haha, oh man, i didn't know its that bad. i tried to tell him the regardless of what types of gear you're runing, you MUST keep diet and training as flawless as you possibly can, but he started getting pissed at me, talking about how he knows all about that
