I played Basketball, volleyball and ran track in HS.
I was a all american volleyball player in college.

I loved running the ball but my favorite was laying people out. Especially when someone would hold um up a little and I come in and destroy
I say I should have ran track because a guy who was on the Football team who was slower than me became a the big track guy

Track all thru highschool and for a private track club during college. 400 was the race I was best at, then 200, and I long jumped during high school, but best jump i had was only like 22ft if I remember right. Good enough to take 2nd at a few meets, but nothing special. 400, my best times were after highschool, best was just under 49. like 48.7. 200 i was running 22's.

basketball.
I got one scholarship offer to the University of Tulsa and this was my junior year.
I quit my senior year and got into heavy drug use. It was the stupidest thing I ever did.
I was one hell of a player and still am today. I don't play much though, but you really never lose it.

Highschool
I drank for sport in college but in HS, I wrestled, played football, tennis, track (long distances only!), cross country, swimming. It sucked dropping weight for wrestling. I'd go down 30 pounds fast. It might not seem like alot but when you wrestle 102 or 112 or if some unamed national champ wanted 119, that's where I had to drop to to start. Plus, the guy at 125 was a national champ as well. So goes it.

I weighed 150 lbs. in highschool; rowed crew. I was five-man in an eight.
Weigh 265 lbs. now. Play Prop-forward for a Rugby team.
(No, no one recognized me at my highschool reunion.)

Played football (soccer to everyone else), Rugby, Baseball, Basketball...i hafta say I prefered playing all the other compared to soccer even though i never took up the others after school. Fridays was "P.E. Day", the whole afternoon was just spent playing sports! Wicked stuff!

football and wrestling my freshman year of HS, then moved on to better things, lol, became a cheerleader, cheered in college too
**edit
decided to quantify cheerleading for some of you who are stuck on stereo types....just did it for the ladies =) easy way in, and because im a cheerleader, to female cheerleaders that puts me one step above the rest of the male population and makes it soooo much easier, they already trust you...hehLast edited by outofthebox; 10-12-2006 at 01:28 PM.
