    What Do You Think Is Necessary?

    Or just good to have... I just want to know what types of supplements, which brands, and which are the most cost efficient. I am taking Creatine (Max Full Blown Sugar Free) and a generic brand of Vitamin. What else would be necessary or good to have to train with and get great results? Besides you know what... For now...

    allthewhey sux..

    their CEE sucks....they can never get me my package in less than 3 weeks time...and theyre customer service is laughable

    I think there protein is solid though and cheap

    trueprotien is alright. ******** was okay until they lied to me about their free shipping coupon.

    On the confirmation page it said "Free shipping" and next thing i notice my CC was charged an extra $12 (shipping fee) when i check

    They said they would refund my card a week ago..still nothing.

    Well I'm not stupid guys, I practically read up on bodybuilding like it was a bible. Of course I take protein, I mean... It's a given... I don't consider it a supplement. I take On Whey though, tastes great, cheap, effective. I was just wondering if I should take say... ZMA? Glutamine? Other Amino Acids?

    Bcaa's is three different aminos
    vitamin c is more important then you think
    protein and creatine and i think that's all i'll spend my money on
    Besied gear and stuff for while your on gear

    I like ON100% whey. Decent price for a 10lb bag. Gonna give this Vitargo creatine stuff a try. Don't waste your money on BSN NOXplode...just my 2 cents.
