What would you do with your time if you didn't train?

I think I'd spend my time building and riding mountain bikes.

i wouldn't do anything different. I don't take a hobby that serious. If i miss the gym for something else i want to do no big deal.

Are you in a HT club now? The one I used to be in was pretty cool. We'd meet and go to HT shows, or go to someone's house to demo their equipment. A fun thing to do is mix and match. A few people bring over their speakers, processor or amp and match it with someone else's equipment to see how it sounds. Lots of fun if you're into HT. Depending on equipment you use it can really change the sound.

I used to be in college. It was great because all of the guys I was in it with spent egregeous amounts of money on their systems. It was a blast watching a couple of the guys compete for the best system when it was their time to host the show!

One guy had some Polk Audio special order speakers that were 3 feet high and we watched The Matrix Reloaded on it, I thought my head was going to asplode!

I don't spend much time at all training/wk.. maybe 2hrs or so, so I'd probably use the extra time to sleep or read.

I think a better question is what would you do if you didn't get on AR.com

Time management in the gym.. Higher intensity/less frequency.. I won't flood the thread with my theories

Muscle cars are badass but a pain to work on all the time, guess you gotta have a knack for it.
