Any little tricks anyone uses.?
I can't be sick damnit!!!

I like, liek 3-5g of vit C ED and 8-10 hours of sleep, and lots of H2O to flush it all out.

You know what works for me? Going out for a late night, not necessarly getting drunk or anything, but staying up late and than sleeping in works for me.

take airborne it is an anti germ all natrual sup u can get over the counter with lots of vita-c and other goodies try it i take it once a week and never get sick

I usually just take a bunch of vitamin C and Alieve cold and sinus. That stuff works wonders for me.

ephedrine every time. 40mg ephedrine with 200mg caffiene and an aspirin. Works a treat.

Ive had a 24/7 cold since i got at school. Aug 20th...havent been able to breathe outta my nose since then and today I've sneezed 153 times so far....

i literally think you sweat out all the germs and all the little sicks cells get attacked by the big tough exercise cells and they die off. bring LOTS of tissues because your lungs will basically liquify and pour out of your nose like a waterfall.
but yeh LOTS of tiresome agonizing cardio. when you wake up the next morning youll feel GREAT. its just not the most prefered thing to do when people are sick but it always worked for me.
you gotta figure it out, 1 1/2 hours cardio or the next 3 or 4 days tired, sniffling and sneezing.

i kept just layin on my bed then id fall asleep and keep settin my fone alarm and then keep setting it 10mins back each time i woke up

Mizfit what seems to work for me is Lemsip, which is basically vitamin C with paracetmol, mixed with hot water, a spoonful of honey and a tot of whiskey (you can use brany or rum if you like). Take this just before bed and after a wonderful sleep you should feel much better in the morning. Repeat the same drink in the morniing and afternoon leaving out the whiskey!!

Went right to the gym - didn't6 lift weights but did cardio for an hour.. i actually feel better.
Vitmain C is what i take daily.. so that was a given and i eat it like candy.
