However, I believe if you can supplement yourself with natural, whole foods (such as milk for calcium, bananas for potassium) can be more beneficial then inhaling hundreds of pills a day. Does anybody remember that movie where they ate their meals in pill form (steak and potatoes in one pill and chicken and rice in another) I think Silvester Stalone was in it.. It was set in the future.. funny stuff. I cant imagine living like that, I have to chew!!

Liver/Kidneys are the body's filtration system.. i.e. they filter out toxins... Toxins and perceived toxins.
To say that 30+ tabs are any harder on the system than 8 ounces of beef (which i'm sure most of consume...and more.. ) is simply wrong...Moreso than just wrong..it's a generic blanket statement.
Also..remember that vitamins don't generate toxins when broken down..as there's nothing in there but the active compound..and maybe a binder. Food..the thermic effect... assimilation... calorie burning etc. .. generates free radical ;amonia-based compounds..etc.: toxins.
Show me a tab which takes longer to break down than a meat protein source... and i'll show you a flying pig.

I supplement alot of vits/minerals..
1 multi
1 vit c
1 vit e
1 fish oil (epa/dha)
1 zinc
1 chromium
1 magnesium
1 b6
and 1 melatonin to sleep.
and some stimulants.. different depending on the day but generally 1 modafinil, and 2-3 caffeine or ephedrine.. So that makes 12.
Saying the number of pills doesnt make alot of sense to me though.. what really matters is the amount of vitamin/mineral you are getting as too much of some may cause very high toxicity (vit a, iron..)..
