anyone work in a bank?

hey guys,

i got an interview 2moro for customer service adviser in a bank, and want to see if anyone works in or knows anyone who works in a bank to see if they can give me any pointers as to the sort of thing i should expect to be asked.!

A few years ago when I worked at a bank were the best years of my life. That environment is filled with chicks of all ages, I was like casanova over there I was being harrased in the back, going out on parties all the time with the girls, I loved it.

The bank evironment is like this, you work hard and do your shit you will be compensated. Ask yourself "how can I be outstanding?" The level of promotion is easy and faster then many other industries. I always found for companies making exorbitant profits they were cheap but you will grow.

what sort of things did they ask u on ur intervirw if u can remember?

i also have to do a practical exercise which i assume will b some sort of roleplay or sumthing. any ideas??

I dont recall exactly but I never worry to much about the interview. I always prepare by knowing as much as possible about the position AND the company. So you could converse and already seem to be knowlegable. I went through a few interviews. They tested my mastering of bilingualism, I had to know French as well as English, they posed a lot of questions related to testing my level of independance and responsibility. They actually did a credit check on me, just that shows A LOT if you are responsible and independant. Some basic mathematics.

They will ask you:
-Why are you better suited then someone else for this job?
-What are you positives or strong points?
-What are your weak points?(You cant say you dont have any but they do want to know that you acknowledge them, that you did something to better yourself)
-What do you want out of this job?

In another interview they may do some role playing(very rudimentary) to test your commen sense and that you are ethical. Just be optomistic and exited and that you want to grow within the company.

Dress to impress, be professional and literally sell yourself. Bring a curiculum vitae and be natural
