    Shaving?

I'm prone to razor bumps on my neck because of my curly hair...anyone else with that type of problem? I'm thinking about trying out the Norelco Cool Skin 7775 electric shaver...supposedly using an electric helps with irritation and such, and this is one of the better wet shavers out there. Any thoughts?

    wash face first.
make sure blades are oiled though
if hairs long, bring it down in in 2 steps, dont just put the screen directly to the long hair.
make sure battery is ALWAYS fully charged. lower speeds will nick the shit out of you and cause more bumps.
they have some liquid shave with alcohol in it, a green liquid you put on before you shave and after you wash you face. it stand the hairs up straight so they get cut nice and even.
lastly, i have a norelco, a different model though, but ive always had good luck with norelcos as long as you spend $30+ you should be alright.

I never shave against the grain. I never get acne, cuts and the hair always comes out nice and straight. I actually look good with a 5 o clock shadow because it looks tamed. Also I shave always after a shower.

When you get so good that your GF asks you to do her eyebrows you start asking yourself questions.

Really? I only feel comfortable doing my own. Once I had them done, I found them to flat rather then a nice natural arc. Not like a woman but nice. It just takes like 5-10 minutes once a week

i have a massive uni-brow, i clip my nails only when they really start getting in the way of shit, i only shave my face when my little sister gets too embarrassed to go in public with me, i believe the snot rocket is the most efficient way to clear a nostril, and i wont wear anything except sweatpants or shorts unless my little sis forces me to for a very special occasion (wedding/funeral etc). im not sure why im in this thread, i already feel kind of uncomfortable.

by the way miz, im single in case you were wondering

You guys just like to see us in pain. I always have a tear seep out of my lid when they do mine and I go " please dont seep out please dont. Then all of a sudden she was like: "awww r u cwing my little baby waby".

I was like "no damn it" then threw her off and ran like a child.
Needless to say I didnt let her do it again. Cant show my vulnerability

Do not shave your neck to skin. Use a trimmer that will trim it down short. The reason you're getting bumps is you're shaving to skin and leaving the hair below skin surface. If your hair is curly instead of growing straight out, it's curling growing down into your skin causing the irritation. The only way to get rid of them is to pluck the hair out of the bump. Pluck them on a regular basis and eventually the bumps will go away.

There is also bump cream you can buy. You put it on every night. It coats the hairs and stops them from curling back into your skin.
