gonna kill my workout partner
lol. my workout partner is new to lifting.. old friend who has never lifted a weight before.. has a pretty big stomach other then that hes pretty thin..well im just really getting back into it and i told him the other night that i was gonna kill him on our back workout. well my other boy told me that he was saying that the workout was like cake and that he doesnt lift much less then me!! that SOB.. well we are about to hit shoulders up. i will bet that he wont be able to lift his arms tommarow.. i havnt PUSHED him yet..ITS ON!

I took my sisters B/F to the gym because he said he wanted me to help show him how to pack on weight. Needless to say after our first workout (it was shoulder day) he hasn't called me back to workout again. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago
Only thing i got was a text message a week ago saying "My shoulders are killing me."

lmao...I did that to my buddy the other day...he thinks he's some big time animal, but he doesn't lift like I do...he's the casual guy that thinks he's huge. I took him and did my chest workout with him, the next day he had to call in sick to work because he was so burned out....gotta love it.

lol. well the workout lasted about an hour or so. i killed him. we were supersetting some stuff, he bitched and cried the whole time. wish i coulda had it on audio for you guys..lol..this also helped me to push myself a little harder upping the weight.. tommarow when hes sore ill try to start a convo online so i can paste in, asking him how he feels.

yah... i lost 2 work out buddies like that...said they didn't like my style of "motivation"

Then hobble on over to the squat rack and do same on that with a bench under your bum to make sure you are going at least 90º parallel.
Then calves after that for good measure.
