    spanking it before you workout

    is there any truth or validity to certain people's claims that wacking it before the workout can make one weaker or momentarily lower test levels? or is it just a psychological thing that many people just prefer not to?

    I have a more intense workout if I haven't had sex/wanked that day. I usually just do it in the gym showers right after.

    Its all crap. I had sex yesterday and literally walked from that straight into the gym. I was in a hotel. I had a great workout !!!

    its called the stalin affect i believe, not sure if it was joseph stalin but what the theory says is if you masterbate till the point your about to climax and stop completely your test levels increase. the more you do it the higher the levels shoot up. because in the process of masterbating as your body prepares to shed sperm it starts emptying sperm from the vas deferans to the sperm columns where in turn test levels are spiked to reload the vas deferans.
    something about stopping tricks the body into producing more test, id have to ask my friend because it was in some book he had but i never found it on the net. (may be on my universities online database actually)

    I have read that prolactin levels shoot up after orgasm causing the feelings of tiredness. This also causes a feeling that you dont want to have sex for a while after you have come. Hence cabergoline reducing prolactin helps men have multiple orgasms. So it could be that high prolactin levels affect workout efficiency. Now where is that caber.....

    I would imagine there might be some truth to that. The best orgasms I've ever had, as well as the largest loads, come from stopping right before I blow it like 4 or 5 times, slowing down, starting again, then finally letting ALL that energy out when you decide to give in and let it go. Very satisfying!
